To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it in and in the original packaging. There are certain situations where only partial refunds or store credits may be granted. Refunds will not be given if: clothes have obvious signs of use, Item is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, item/s are returned more than 14 days after delivery. We have the right to amend the latter instances or add to them at any time.

If you are approved for a refund, a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 3-10 business days. (This process depends on who you bank with and their own policies.) Most of our orders are shipped First Class. All shipments will be provided with a tracking number. Please allow 1-3 days after your purchase for payment processing. Our shipping times can range from 2-20 business days due to high volumes of orders, along with the fact of being a NEW family owned and owner operated business. Many of our customers receive their packages within a week. Shipping costs are based on the item and will be totaled automatically in your cart. We charge a flat rate shipping fee that will automatically update in your cart. You will receive an order confirmation e-mail after you make your purchase. As soon as your order has shipped you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please further note, that some of our items may NOT be in our physical possession. As a new and debt free small business we may take on a new supplier at times in which we will order items at the first given chance when the minimum quantity is met. When we receive your items, we then personally package and ship directly to you. This process will improve over time as we are working to get as many items in stock as possible.
